略歴・研究業績

下川 哲

早稲田大学政治経済学術院 准教授

2000年、北海道大学農学部農業経済学科卒業。2007年、米コーネル大学で応用経済学の博士号(Ph.D.)を取得。香港科技大学社会科学部助教授、アジア経済研究所研究員を経て、2016年から現職。これまで、国際学術誌の「Food Policy」や「Journal of the Agricultural and Applied Ecconomics Association」、国内学術誌の「農業経済研究」や「The Japanese Journal of Agricultural Economics」などの編集委員も務める。専門は農業経済学、開発経済学、食料政策。
